I love data. Ever since getting my Six Sigma Black Belt and seeing how powerful data is in driving decisions and making changes, I've wanted to use data to make a difference.

The world needs more analytical and critical thinking - that's my mentality. There's no problem that can't be solved by running analytical tests, looking at the results, making course corrections, and trying again. Unfortunately in today's world the three years an experiment like that would take has to be done in three weeks. That's why I'm proud to work for Tableau and helping the world achieve faster speeds to insight, so that decisions, the right decisions, can be made quickly, courses corrected in days, and new results achieved and reviewed. I'm looking forward to helping the Tableau Foundation share that expertise with non-profits around the world.
